Our client is hiring a Talent Acquisition Expert DACH – based in Munich (Grasbrunn)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced TAM to support recruitment efforts for mid-to-senior level white-collar roles in Sales, Customer Service, and Operations across Germany and the DACH region.
Language: Fluent in German and English is required; any other European language is a plus.
Mission
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition & Internal Mobility EMEA (Paris) and working closely with the German HR team and local Hiring Managers, you will be a strategic partner in driving talent acquisition efforts. Your key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR, offering insights and market intelligence.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
- Promoting Essilor Luxottica’s employer value proposition to internal and external candidates.
- Proactively building talent pipelines and sourcing strategies using all available channels.
- Attending and representing the company at job fairs and local recruiting events.
- Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience and maintaining alignment with hiring goals.
- Supporting reporting, ATS updates (preferably Success Factors), and recruitment administration.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a multinational environment (in-house TA or RPO). Experience in a recruitment firm is a plus.
- Proven success recruiting for professional and leadership-level roles.
- Deep understanding of modern sourcing strategies and recruitment trends.
- Comfortable working in complex, international settings with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in German and English; any other European language is a strong asset.
- Tech-savvy and ideally experienced with Success Factors or similar ATS tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Service-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail.
