** Reporting & Analytics
*** Design, develop, and maintain
** Workday custom reports** (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) to meet HR and business needs.
* Build and optimize
** Workday dashboards
** for leaders, HR, and other stakeholders.
* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all reports.
* Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to translate requirements into actionable Workday reports.
* Support compliance reporting, including audits and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, EEO, local labor laws).
** Integrations
* ** Design, build, test, and maintain
** Workday integrations
** using
** EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio**.
* Manage and troubleshoot inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems (e.g., payroll providers, benefits platforms, recruiting tools).
* Ensure integrations meet security, scalability, and performance requirements.
* Work closely with IT and external vendors on integration projects and issue resolution.
** System Support & Continuous Improvement
*** Provide technical expertise for Workday configuration changes related to reporting and integrations.
* Participate in
** Workday release testing
** and assess impacts on existing reports and integrations.
* Document processes, configurations, and integration flows for knowledge sharing.
* Identify opportunities for process automation and improved data accessibility.
