Technical Recruiter - EMEA
At Applied Intuition, you will partner closely with engineering leadership to design and execute hiring strategies that attract, evaluate, and close exceptional software engineering talent. This is a 1-year contract position with the option for extension.
What you’ll do- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and hire software and ML engineers
- Partner with engineering leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs, team design, and long‑term talent strategy
- Build targeted sourcing campaigns to attract general and specialized engineering talent
- Lead structured, high-quality interview processes that assess technical excellence, problem‑solving ability, and alignment with Applied’s values
- Improve and scale recruiting systems, tools, and processes to support efficiency and growth
- Provide leadership with data‑driven insights on funnel health, pass‑through rates, time‑to‑fill
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong track record hiring software engineers, ML engineers, or other highly specialized technical talent
- Strong business partnership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders using data and insights
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience recruiting for autonomy, robotics, defense, embedded systems, or Physical AI
- Familiarity with AI/ML talent markets and competitive dynamics for niche engineering profiles
- Experience hiring software engineers in a startup or hypergrowth environment
