About The Role

As a People Operations Manager, you will help shape the employee experience at ARX Robotics by building efficient, scalable, and people-focused operations. You will ensure that our core People processes run smoothly while driving initiatives that strengthen our culture, improve systems, and support our continued growth. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will combine operational excellence with a forward-thinking mindset to modernize People processes, enable data-driven decisions, and create an environment where our teams can do their best work.

What

You’ll Build
  • Deliver a seamless People Operations experience by managing employee lifecycle processes, including pre-onboarding, offboarding, contracts, benefits, leave administration, HRIS management, and other day-to-day People Operations activities.
  • Help keep our People practices compliant with German labor law and internal policies.
  • Build trusted relationships with employees, managers, and external partners as a reliable point of contact for People topics.
  • Use HR data and analytics to identify trends, generate insights, and support continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate visa and relocation processes to create a smooth onboarding experience for international talent.
  • Drive the digital transformation of our People function by improving HR systems, automating processes, and modernizing existing tools.
  • Act as a trusted first point of contact for employees and managers, providing timely support and guidance on People-related topics.
What You Bring
  • Several years of experience in People Operations, HR, or a comparable role.
  • Strong knowledge of German labor law, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
  • The ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms and other People systems is an advantage.
  • A structured and detail‑oriented approach with strong analytical skills and confidence working with HR data.
  • Fluency in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset and the motivation to improve processes, solve challenges, and contribute to a growing organization.
