Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting:
  Lead the recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Relationship Building:
  Cultivate strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop strategic hiring plans that align with business objectives.

  Deliver an exceptional candidate journey, ensuring every candidate feels valued and informed throughout the recruitment process.
• International
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Collaborate with hiring managers and other recruiters across various European Math Works locations, offering you invaluable international exposure and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.

Additional Qualifications

• Prior experience recruiting in agency or in-house/corporate environments is required.
• Proficiency in English and German, both spoken and written.
• Strong sourcing skills, with an ability to effectively network within a professional community.
• Experience sourcing and hiring both engineering and sales professionals is preferred.
• Demonstrable experience working on both German and International positions.
• A passion for driving business growth through talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated experience in assessing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Comfortable sharing and conveying feedback to interview team members and hiring managers.
• Ability to proactively analyse recruiting metrics to diagnose and remedy pipeline issues.
• Ability to build relationships and partner with key stakeholders.
