Als Talent Acquisition Partner (m/w/d) bei Haleon am Standort München bist du für den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess in Deutschland über verschiedene Unternehmensbereiche hinweg verantwortlich. Du entwickelst und steuerst Recruiting-Strategien, arbeitest eng mit Hiring Managern zusammen und gewinnst die besten Talente für unser Unternehmen.

Mit deinem Know-how in modernen Recruiting-Methoden sorgst du für eine exzellente Candidate und Hiring Manager Experience und trägst aktiv zum Unternehmenserfolg bei.

In dieser Rolle arbeitest du regelmäßig aus unserem Münchner Büro und berichtest an die TA Managerin DACH & SE.

• Du betreust verschiedene Geschäftsbereiche und arbeitest eng mit Hiring Managern als vertrauenswürdige:r Talent Advisor zusammen, um Personalbedarfe zu verstehen und passende Recruiting-Strategien zu entwickeln.
• Du verantwortest den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess von der Kandidatensuche über Screening und Interviewführung bis hin zur Angebotserstellung, Vertragsverhandlung und erfolgreichen Einstellung.
• Du entwickelst und nutzt moderne Recruiting- und Sourcing-Strategien, um Top-Talente zu gewinnen und eine erstklassige Candidate Experience sicherzustellen.
• Du triffst datenbasierte Recruiting-Entscheidungen, erstellst regelmäßige Reportings und berätst Stakeholder wie Hiring Manager, HR Business Partner und das Leadership-Team zu relevanten Talent-Themen.
• Du treibst die kontinuierliche Optimierung globaler und lokaler Recruiting-Prozesse voran.
