Position Overview  As a Contract GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) at Out Systems, you will lead the full lifecycle recruitment process to identify, attract, and hire high-caliber talent across technical, commercial (Go-To-Market), or functional organizations. Working in a high-growth SaaS environment, you will partner directly with hiring managers, HR, and regional leadership to execute sourcing strategies and ensure a world-class candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment workflow—including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
* Proactive Sourcing:
Design and execute passive candidate sourcing strategies across multiple channels (Linked In Recruiter, networking, referrals, and talent communities).
* Stakeholder Management:
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, define job requirements, and influence hiring decisions using a consultative approach.
* Candidate

Experience:

Serve as an ambassador for Out Systems, maintaining clear communication, timely updates, and a seamless recruitment experience for all applicants.
* Data & Insights:
Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate pipeline metrics) to continuously optimize sourcing and hiring strategies.  ### Qualifications & Core Requirements

* Experience:

3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech or SaaS organizations.
* Must be fluent in German and English
* Domain Focus:
Track record recruiting technical profiles (engineering/developers) and/or Go-To-Market (Sales, Marketing) across key enterprise regions (US, EMEA, APAC).
* Tooling:
Demonstrated expertise with Linked In Recruiter and modern Applicant Tracking Systems, Workday.

* Soft Skills:

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships.

* Education:
