A renewable energy developer with a strong and growing footprint across utility‑scale renewable energy and battery energy storage systems. The business is actively developing, constructing, and operating projects across multiple regions in Germany.

With an expanding development pipeline, the company is now seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support its project development and construction activities.

• Provide hands‑on legal support across the full project lifecycle.
• Draft and negotiate lease, land, and access agreements.
• Support construction and EPC‑related contracts.
• Provide legal analysis and advice on grid connection matters.
• Advise on real estate law, energy law, and construction law topics.
• Support internal stakeholders throughout development and construction phases.
• Direct exposure to decision‑makers and senior leadership.
• Work within a young, collaborative team environment.

• Qualified lawyer with 2.5+ years’ experience (open to more senior profiles)
• Experience with in energy, renewables, or project development highly preferred
• Strong exposure to real estate, energy, and/or construction law
• Commercial, pragmatic, and comfortable in a hands‑on in‑house role
• Native‑level German required
• Willing to be office‑based in Munich 3–4 days per week (non‑negotiable)
