A leading international law firm is seeking a highly motivated and commercially-minded lawyer to join its dynamic IP/IT & Data Privacy team in Munich. This is an excellent opportunity for junior to mid-level associates to contribute to a diverse and high-profile caseload involving complex transactions and regulatory advice for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on a wide range of IP, technology, and data protection issues.
• Supporting complex commercial transactions, outsourcing agreements, and digital transformation projects.
• Assisting with cross-border matters involving GDPR compliance, data sharing, and cyber risk.
• Collaborating with colleagues across corporate, dispute resolution, and financial services sectors.
• Developing thought leadership and contributing to internal and client training.

Candidate Profile:

• German qualified lawyers (2 state exams) with 0–9 years PQE.
• Experience or strong interest in IP, IT, and/or data privacy law.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• A team player with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
