Legal Counsel

An exciting opportunity has arisen for ambitious lawyer to join the legal team of a international healthcare buisness.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across an innovative healthcare organisation, providing practical legal advice across commercial, corporate, intellectual property and technology matters. You will play a key role in supporting the launch of new healthcare products, strategic business initiatives and AI-driven projects, helping the organisation navigate regulatory requirements while continuing to innovate and grow.

Working alongside teams across product, regulatory, data and technology, you will help shape commercial agreements, support new opportunities and provide trusted legal guidance in a fast paced and evolving environment. This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to make a real impact, partnering with the business to shape the future of healthcare through technology, innovation and AI.

• German Qualified Lawyer with good state exams
• Experience in private practice or In-House
• Excellent communication skills with a pragmatic, commercial approach.
• Fluent German and English.
• Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience would be advantageous
