About the role...

As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for defining and driving quality standards across multiple products and teams. You will lead testing efforts end to end, ensure consistent QA practices, and work closely with development, product, art, and production teams to deliver reliable, performant, and user-friendly experiences. This is a hands‑on leadership role with a strong focus on process improvement, mentoring, and scalability.

What you’ll be doing:

• Define, implement, and continuously improve QA strategies, standards, and best practices across projects
• Lead and coordinate quality assurance activities across multiple products and releases
• Create, maintain, and evolve test plans, test cases, and QA documentation
• Oversee functional, regression, performance, and usability testing
• Partner closely with developers, designers, and product managers to embed quality from concept through release
• Identify quality risks early and proactively drive mitigation strategies
• Support and guide test automation initiatives where applicable
• Track defects, lead bug triage, and clearly communicate quality status and risks
• Mentor and support QA engineers and testers, fostering growth and best practices
• Ensure QA processes and tools scale effectively as products and teams grow

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, including time spent in a senior or lead QA role
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and modern QA methodologies
• Hands‑on experience with manual testing and a solid understanding of test automation concepts
• Experience working with issue tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Test Rail, or similar
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams
• Ability to balance quality standards with delivery timelines and business priorities
• Professional‑level English communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience working with XR, VR, games, or real‑time 3D applications
• Background testing complex systems that combine software, hardware, and networking
• Exposure to performance testing, security testing, or Dev Ops‑related QA practices
• Experience building, scaling, or formalising QA teams and processes
