Android Developer

Pro Pursuit are currently searching for an experienced Android Developer for a European leading online platform in the tourist industry located in s-Hertogenbosch.

This role will allow hybrid working, requiring 2-3 days onsite per week.

• You create our native apps for Android
• You create test plans in collaboration with other departments
• You develop and build new features
• You prioritize your own work in consultation with your team and the Product Owner
• You implement design changes and resolve any bugs
• You present demos to stakeholders, such as management and other departments
• You consult with other Android and iOS Developers every day, including tackling bugs for an optimal end result and introducing new features.

• Extensive knowledge of Android, Kotlin and Java
• Flexibility. You can quickly switch between different tasks and can pick up tasks from team members where necessary
• That you have experience with design patterns, such as MVVM and MVC
• That you go to work with pleasure!
• Experience with Jetpack Compose is a big plus
• That you can respond ad hoc to the needs of our consumers
• That you find challenge with us and continue to develop yourself! That is why there is a Hackathon every Friday afternoon in which you can work out your own ideas
• That you are a problem solver and work independently and are a real team player
