Senior Software Engineer

Join our engineering team and take an active role in shaping our engineering culture. We want your help in designing a software architecture and development process that will allow us to scale rapidly in the coming years. We expect you to bring in best practices for software design and development processes to effectively build our scalable cloud-based B2B SaaS software. At the same time, you should not be afraid "to get your hands dirty" and should have a strong desire to help us solve our most difficult implementation challenges.

Contribute to all aspects of our development:

• Together with the rest of the product & engineering team, rapidly ship features in short iteration cycles to effectively deliver the most value for our customers.
• Work on our biggest implementation and debugging challenges. Participate in code and design reviews and share your knowledge with other engineers on our team.

As engineers, we are hugely passionate about the tools that we build with. They are a big part of what enables us to ship to production multiple times per day. Some of them are:

• Tailwind, React and Nextjs
• trpc.io and Prisma ORM and BullMQ for seamless type safety from database to frontend.
• Postgresql, Redis and Azure as the rock solid foundation

Of course, our tech stack is constantly evolving as our requirements shift. We are always happy to incorporate input from new hires on tools that they are passionate about.

• You already live or are willing to relocate to Munich.
• You must have a pre-existing working permit for the EU.
• You must speak English at level C1 or higher.
