Hey there! Our mobile app has just become strategically mission‑critical for Bliro. We already have a live, scaling iOS app with a growing user base. Now it’s time to professionalize it, expand it, and bring it to the next level. For that, we are looking for a Lead iOS Developer.

As our Lead Mobile App Developer, you take full ownership of Bliro’s mobile product, starting with iOS. This role is 90% about contributing to the codebase – not a management role. You will:

• Own and elevate the existing production‑ready iOS app, professionalizing its codebase, architecture, and development practices.
• Act as Swift tech lead, setting technical direction for iOS: architecture decisions, code quality, performance, scalability, and best practices.
• Scale the product, improving stability, performance, UX polish, and feature expansion at speed.
• Lead the existing mobile team of freelancers, providing technical guidance, clear direction, and hands‑on leadership.
• (Optional) Lay groundwork for our upcoming Android app; experience with Kotlin is a strong plus.
• Work closely with product‑driven CTO and product team to translate product vision into fast, high‑quality mobile execution.

• Proven mobile experience: led development of iOS apps, shipped production apps that scaled with real users, comfortable with Swift and modern iOS patterns.
