We're seeking an experienced Unreal Engine Developer to join our team in creating immersive virtual reality training solutions. You'll be responsible for designing and developing high-fidelity VR training simulations that help professionals master complex procedures and scenarios in a safe, controlled environment.

• Developing VR training applications using Unreal Engine 5, focusing on performance optimization for VR platforms
• Creating interactive training scenarios with precise hand tracking and realistic physics interactions
• Implementing learning analytics and performance tracking systems within VR environments
• Designing and implementing networking solutions for multi-user training scenarios
• Working with 3D artists to ensure assets meet VR performance requirements
• Documenting technical specifications and maintaining coding standards

• Professional experience in a comparable position.
• Proficient in C++ programming.
• Experience in developing content with Unreal Engine 5 or similar engines.
• Skilled in working with the Unreal Engine blueprint system.
• Familiarity with version control systems.
• Profound knowledge of English.
