Now, we’re strengthening our Android team, and we’re looking for a Senior Android/Kotlin Mobile Engineer to help us take the minimalist phone experience even further for Android users around the globe.

As our Senior Android/Kotlin Mobile Engineer (m/w/d), you will play a key role in evolving and scaling the minimalist phone app on Android. You’ll work closely with passionate colleagues from design and marketing, delivering a fast, intuitive, and reliable experience while maintaining excellent code quality and performance.

• Evolve and develop core features of the minimalist phone Android app, helping shape its architecture and technical direction.
• Develop and maintain high‑quality, native Android application using Kotlin.
• Work with modern Android frameworks and best practices (Jetpack, Compose, Coroutines, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to create features users genuinely love.
• Optimize app performance, stability, and responsiveness across a wide range of devices.
• Define, design, and ship new features aligned with our mission of digital mindfulness.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks, debug issues, and implement robust solutions.
• Uphold high standards for code quality, testing, organization, and automation.

• Experience: 4+ years of professional Android app development.
• Technologies: Strong proficiency in Kotlin and modern Android development tools and libraries.
• User‑Centric Mindset: Passion for building products with outstanding user experiences.
• Agility: Experience with agile practices (TDD, CI, Pair Programming, Scrum).
• Autonomy: Comfortable prioritizing work and managing tasks independently.
• Craftsmanship: Dedication to clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code.
• Empathy: Strong sensitivity to user needs and real‑world behavior.
• Innovation: Curious about modern Android architectures and eager to explore new approaches.
