As a Software Engineering (all genders), you'll support our mission to empower cities with the tools they need to take effective climate action. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a talented and driven engineering team, contribute to real-world climate tech projects, and grow your skills in a fast-paced startup environment.

As part of the Engineering team, you’ll get hands‑on experience with real products and help shape the future of our climate action platform. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Support Full‑Stack Development:
  Collaborate on building and improving our web applications, from frontend features to backend services, while learning best practices along the way.
• Learn and Contribute to Our Tech Stack:
  Dive into our early‑stage technology stack and contribute to tools and features that matter.
• Get Exposure to Infrastructure and Data:
  Assist with setting up infrastructure, working with databases, and exploring how data flows through our system.
• Embrace Software Engineering Fundamentals:
  Work in an environment that values clean, scalable code and supports your learning journey in software development.
