Our client is an established international Fin Tech software company that continues to invest heavily in its Microsoft technology landscape and internal development capabilities. Their solutions are used by over 1,000 organisations, and they operate within a modern, international and technology-driven environment.

As part of continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their development team with an experienced D365 CRM / Power Platform Developer who enjoys building business applications, solving technical challenges and working across both low-code and pro-code technologies.

• Design, develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies
• Contribute to the development of scalable business applications and internal platforms
• Support integrations between Microsoft technologies and wider business systems
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects and technical leadership teams
• Participate in solution design discussions and technical decision‑making processes
• Troubleshoot, optimise and continuously improve existing applications and services
• Support best practices around development quality, maintainability and performance

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Previous hands‑on software development experience is highly important, particularly with technologies such as C#, .NET and Java Script
• Experience with technologies such as C#, .NET, APIs, plugins, custom development or system integrations
• Ability to understand, review and contribute to technical architecture and development discussions
• Comfortable working in both low-code and pro-code development environments
• Strong problem‑solving skills and technical mindset
• Fluent English is required; strong German language skills would be beneficial.
