Senior Fullstack Engineer; m​/f​/x @ E-Mobility Startup

Mission

Join Aampere, a seed‑stage, VC‑backed startup redefining the European market for used electric vehicles. We enable EV owners to sell quickly within 48 hours and give dealers new customer segments.

• Build and own features end‑to‑end, from frontend to backend.
• Craft intuitive, accessible UIs with Next.js, React, Type Script and Tailwind CSS.
• Maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Nest.js, PostgreSQL and Docker.
• Optimize performance, caching, query performance and efficient data flow.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design and engineering to ship features quickly.
• Lead technical direction and ownership within a small team.

• 4+ years of full‑stack experience with a strong understanding of both frontend and backend architecture.
• Proficiency in Next.js, React, Type Script, Tailwind CSS on the frontend and Nest.js, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Docker on the backend.
• Execution mindset – prioritize impact and ship solutions quickly.
• AI‑native development skills – use AI tools effectively to accelerate software development.
• Startup mentality – make pragmatic decisions, handle shifting priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills in English.

• Cloud & Dev Ops experience: AWS, Git Lab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux administration.
• Hands‑on experience with scalability & performance optimisation, caching strategies and data‑flow optimisation.
• Early‑stage startup experience and comfort in small, high‑impact teams.
• Collaboration & mentoring skills, constructive code‑review feedback and process improvement.
• German language skills.
