AI Engineer – Germany

• You identify innovative AI use cases and support their implementation — from technical conception through to realization.
• You develop and implement tailored agentic AI solutions for various industries based on the Azure cloud.
• You build scalable platforms that enable autonomous workflows and intelligent decision-making with AI agents, and ensure their continuous development.
• You support our clients in optimizing existing AI solutions and ensure their ongoing improvement.
• You work closely with interdisciplinary teams and keep your technical knowledge up to date to continuously advance our AI solutions.

• Strong Python skills and experience with agent frameworks and Azure AI Services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Lang Chain)
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, LLMOps, and modern cloud technologies is a plus
• Practical experience developing prototypes, PoCs, or MVPs to validate AI applications
• Experience designing, evaluating, and implementing AI solutions, including model selection, architecture design, and scaling, is advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high standard of quality
• Experience collaborating in interdisciplinary teams and clear, business-oriented communication
• Very good German and English skills (C1/Advanced)
• Passion for current developments in AI, ML, and cloud technologies.

Demonstrates expertise in developing and implementing AI solutions using Python and Azure AI Services, with a focus on building scalable platforms for autonomous workflows. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in both German and English enhance collaboration in interdisciplinary teams.
