AI Engineers | New Agentic AI Hub in Munich | Fortune 500 Company

This is a unique opportunity to join the build-out of a world-class Agentic AI hub in Munich. We are seeking 10x Engineers with the vision to build AI Agents that will transform a Fortune 500 company and a passion for applying the latest AI research and technologies to create value.

The Role

• Develop sophisticated AI Agents using frameworks like Google ADK or Lang Chain for both customer-facing retail applications and internal business processes
• Collaborate with Project/Product Managers and senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI-powered solutions
• Develop data-analysis workflows that evaluate both Agent performance and business impact of your solutions
• Build seamless integrations between AI Agents and existing backend systems while ensuring robust frontend user experiences
• Deploy and monitor AI solutions on GCP leveraging Vertex AI and Big Query for scalable operations
• Stay up-to-date with emerging Agentic AI innovations including Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols

The Candidate

• Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in Python and growing production Type Script development
• Hands-on experience with at least one major AI Agent framework e.g. Lang Chain, CrewAI, Auto Gen
• Practical experience of ML, Data Science and Advanced Analytics
• Experience with Cloud platforms with a strong preference for GCP, particularly Vertex AI and Big Query
• Familiarity with version control (Git), containerization (Docker) and agile development practices
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture and basic frontend integration principles is beneficial
• Understanding of success metrics / KPIs of a publicly listed company and how to link project outcome to top line and bottom line impact
• Fluent English and preference for fluent German
• 3 days per week in the office in Munich with some travel
