Technical Project Manager, Software Integrations

Responsibilities

• Set up existing interfaces for new customers and manage the technical integration process through to a successful go‑live
• Review requirements from the Customer Success team and clarify technical questions
• Configure, test, and document integrations
• Perform systematic error analysis and ensure interface functionality
• Independently coordinate technical tasks
• Implement minor code‑level adjustments where needed
• Develop repeatable processes, checklists, and tools for technical onboarding

• University degree, technical vocational training, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to capture technical requirements in a structured manner
• Initial programming experience with Python and Type Script
• Experience with Django and React is a plus
• Ability to analyze logs, data formats, and code
• Interest in software integrations and reliable data exchange
• Clear communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Willingness to take ownership and pragmatically improve processes
• German at native level; strong English skills

Demonstrates expertise in technical integration processes, including configuring and documenting software interfaces, with a strong foundation in Python and Type Script. Capable of clear communication with diverse stakeholders and committed to process improvement and error analysis.
