Bayshore builds a multi-agent compliance automation platform for enterprises. Our AI agents gather evidence, coordinate stakeholders, and drive complex reviews from intake to an auditable decision. At the core sits our legal reasoning engine, which turns legal rules and company policies into traceable, executable logic.
We work with some of the world's largest organizations, including DAX-listed and Fortune 500 companies. We're backed by Earlybird, one of Europe's leading inception funds, and are assembling an exceptional team to shape how regulated enterprises adopt AI at scale.
Our TeamWe are 15 people across engineering, legal, and commercial, with backgrounds from Germany, Colombia, India, and Turkey. Before Bayshore, we gained work experience at Rob Co, Google, BCG, and Freshfields. We work from a large loft office in Munich, close to the main station, where we also host our own events for the tech and legal tech community.
The RoleAs our Forward Deployed Product Engineer, you turn customer problems into working software—and help decide what our platform becomes. You work directly with enterprise customers, our Legal Engineers, and the founders to understand what matters, build solutions quickly, and turn what you learn into better product.
Our Legal Engineers bring legal expertise and translate customers’ policies and processes into workflows configured on Bayshore. When configuration reaches its limits, you take engineering ownership. You write the code: features, integrations, demos, and fixes that unlock value for the customer.
The work moves quickly. A customer conversation can become a prototype that afternoon. A deployment can surface an unfamiliar problem that you need to investigate and solve. You’ll make decisions with incomplete information, change direction as you learn, and stay close to the problem until the solution works. Alongside our platform engineers, you turn successful implementations into reliable, reusable capabilities.
This requires flexibility and intensity. There will be moments when a critical deployment or customer deadline calls for a late night, potentially working through the night to get something over the line. You need to stay resourceful under pressure, know what to prioritize, and take responsibility for the outcome.
If you want to become a founder yourself, this role gives you daily practice in the skills you’ll need: discovering customer problems, deciding what to build, shipping under uncertainty, earning trust, and owning the result. You’ll work alongside founders and see how product, engineering, and commercial decisions connect—with real customers and real stakes.

Explain technical possibilities and tradeoffs clearly to nontechnical stakeholders
Build and Deliver
Build and ship features, integrations, and fixes directly in the Bayshore platform
Create compelling demos and prototypes, put them in front of customers, and iterate quickly on feedback
Debug platform edge cases and resolve issues blocking customer deployments
Use agentic coding tools to shorten the path from idea to working software
Own delivery from the first conversation through implementation, testing, release, and customer feedback
Shape the Core Product
Identify patterns across customer projects and turn recurring needs into reusable platform capabilities
Bring evidence from customer work into product…
