TYTAN is a young deep-tech defense startup that develops a cost-effective counter-drone solution to protect people and critical infrastructure. It is an international team of ambitious engineers who combine expertise in autonomous systems and UAV design.

Responsible for building and managing TYTAN’s logistics backbone, ensuring seamless material flows from inbound shipments to outbound deliveries across international borders. As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for building and managing TYTAN’s logistics backbone. You will ensure seamless end-to-end material flows, from inbound shipments and warehousing to outbound deliveries across international borders. Your role will be critical to supporting TYTAN’s rapid growth and operational readiness.

• Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end logistics processes
• Develop and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all logistics and material handling activities
• Implement best practices in packaging, labeling, tracking, and shipping documentation
• Manage the receipt of incoming goods and ensure efficient warehouse allocation
• Handle outgoing shipments, including packaging and labeling according to specifications
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee regular stock checks
• Coordinate daily operations with freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics partners, both domestic and international
• Ensure customs requirements are processed for material transfers outside Germany
• Manage logistics operations suppliers as required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain
• Proven track record in setting up or scaling logistics processes
• Solid knowledge of domestic and international shipping, including customs procedures and Incoterms
• Strong understanding of shipping operations, warehousing, and inventory management
