A320 Family Captain – Munich; Direct Entry, NTR

Your mission

• Lead safe, efficient flight operations across Europe and beyond on the A320 family.
• Set the tone on the flight deck with exemplary CRM and decision‑making.
• Uphold Lufthansa Group standards in safety, compliance, and punctuality.
• Deliver a warm, professional guest experience consistent with our brand.
• Coach and mentor flight deck colleagues in a growing operation.

• Total time:
  Minimum 5,000 hours on CS-25 aircraft
• Turbine PIC:
  Minimum 1,000 hours PIC on CS-25 aircraft
• Type rating:
  Not required (Training Provided)
• License: EASA ATPL
• Medical: EASA Class 1
• ICAO ELP:
  Level 4 or higher
• Education:
  
  General higher education entrance qualification
• Right to work:
  Unrestricted residence and work permit
• Passport:
  Valid without limitation; if non‑EU, no stricter entry restrictions than an EU passport (for network requirements)

• A220 or A320 family type rating
• Demonstrated leadership in multi‑crew, high‑intensity short‑haul operations
• Strong SOP discipline with a customer‑centric mindset

Direct entry captains without a current A320 type rating are welcome. We provide full type rating and differences training as required, along with Lufthansa Group‑standard ground school, simulator phases, and line training to ensure a smooth transition to our operation.
