About the Role
HOLOGATE is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager – Entertainment (f/m/d) to grow and develop our Entertainment business segment. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base within the location-based entertainment market, including amusement parks, attractions, arcades, and entertainment venues worldwide.
You will act as a key commercial driver, building long-term customer relationships and translating innovative XR entertainment solutions into successful sales partnerships.

- Identify new business opportunities in the location-based entertainment market and guide them from first contact to contract closure
- Act as the primary sales contact and interface between customers and internal teams such as Project Management and Key Account Management
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long‑term relationships with new and existing Entertainment clients
- Understand customer needs and develop tailored entertainment solutions and offers
- Create and execute customer‑specific sales and promotional plans, including performance evaluation
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the Entertainment industry
- Represent HOLOGATE at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team‑oriented mindset
- High level of motivation with a target‑ and results‑driven approach
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Structured, reliable, and thorough working style
- Fluency in German and English (required)
- Initial experience in sales, business development, or key account management—ideally in Entertainment, Attractions, Leisure, or B2B Tech
- Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and events
