Responsibilities:

• Spearhead an interdisciplinary development team through all stages of production in close cooperation with the Head of Development and other
• Facilitate effective collaboration between departments.
• Develop comprehensive production plans, establishing a foundation for team success.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Actively seek input from team members, recognizing the importance of their contributions.
• Inspire to create captivating and innovative games and simulations.
• Guide and motivate, provide support, and communicate clearly.
• Celebrate milestones and achievements, recognizing hard work and dedication.

Key

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with agile techniques and traditional production management.
• Experience in tracking complex projects using project tracking software and providing support in unblocking issues.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications::

• Experience in VR/AR or location-based entertainment products.
• Understanding of restrictions and of possibilities in VR
• Understanding of VR game development with Unreal
• Passion for VR, games, Mixed Reality, and new technologies.
