About Feiyr

Located near Chiemsee, Feiyr offers exciting opportunities for music lovers (w/m/d). Your Role

• Be the primary contact for our artists from Germany and abroad, advising them in German and English.
• Assist with technical questions, song releases, and platform inquiries via
• Support artists in placing their music on over 300 streaming services and guide them through each step.
• Provide marketing tips related to advertising, PR, blogs, and social media.
• Combine technical support with creative exchanges, being available when artists need you.

• Experience in customer service or willingness to learn as a career changer.
• Respectful communication with all artists, whether newcomers or chart-toppers.
• Confident, charming, and competent communication in German and English.
• Technical comfort, quick problem-solving skills, and clear explanations.
• Familiarity with MS Office, organizational skills, and teamwork mindset.
• Desire to make a difference with heart, mind, and music affinity.
