The Role

As a Senior Account Executive
, you will own the entire sales cycle – from first outreach to negotiation and closing. You’ll build your own pipeline and convert it into revenue through both inbound and outbound activities. You’ll partner closely with Marketing and Product to deliver an exceptional customer experience and help shape the go‑to‑market motion.

What You Bring
  • Minimum 2 years of experience selling B2B software or SaaS
  • Strong understanding of the German SMB and Mid‑Market landscape
  • Proven success across the full sales cycle (discovery, demo, negotiation, closing)
  • Native‑level German and strong English skills
  • Self‑starter mentality with a high sense of ownership
  • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ever‑changing environments
  • Excellent communication skills and a consultative sales approach
