Job Title:

Key Account Manager - Carrier (Telecom Industry)

Location:

Munich, Germany

• Responsible for the overall development and management of customer relationship activities based on key account requirements.
• Understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities with key accounts.
• Develop a responsible key account business plan and provide market feedback to company leadership regarding insights, competition, prospect needs and generate product and service portfolio development ideas.
• Drive increased revenue and profit to sustain key account growth.
• Plan and coordinate the implementation of business plans on a yearly basis.
• Act as the project lead or core member of sales projects, take the lead in project operations, and help achieve project objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant degree in Telecommunication or ICT.
• At least 3 years of telecom account sales experience and knowledge of core telecom technologies such as LTE/5G, DWDM, IP/MPLS, VoIP, core network infrastructure, or OSS/BSS systems.
• Experience in working with Telco customers and Telco accounts.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
• Fluency in German and English is a must.
• Must be eligible to work within the EU.
