• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic advertisers in Germany, driving adoption and performance across Uber Ads solutions.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver full‑funnel media strategies and achieve joint business plan (JBP) goals.
• Lead the end‑to‑end sales process—including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and onboarding—to exceed quarterly revenue targets.
• Provide data‑driven consultative guidance to clients using campaign insights, measurement tools (e.g., incrementality testing), and industry trends.
• Contribute to the development of best practices, pitch materials, and sales playbooks to support the broader EMEA Ads Sales organization as Uber Ads scales in Germany.

• 7+ years of full‑time, end‑to‑end sales experience with enterprise or large customers in digital advertising.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Proven success selling advertising solutions to complex enterprise brands and organizations.
• Demonstrated experience building and closing new business partnerships.
• Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to build and execute strategic sales plans that drive mutual success for partners and Uber.
• Hunter mindset with the ability to use data to identify opportunities and influence key decision‑makers.
• Exceptional listening, communication, and organizational skills.
• High speed, resourcefulness, and a proactive go‑getter mentality; comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Role can be based in Berlin, Munich, Düsseldorf, or Cologne.
