• Develop into a successful Relationship Manager through our training program, reaching or exceeding financial and educational targets.
• Build up a client book from your existing network of wealthy individuals in Germany.
• Establish long‑term mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
• Continuously grow your network through referrals and new prospect identification.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
• Good understanding and strong interest in financial markets.
• In‑depth market knowledge in Germany with a convincing network of High‑Net‑Worth Individuals.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and sales skills.
• Strong networker and relationship‑builder at heart.
• Involved in clubs, alumni networks or entrepreneurial activities.
• Team player able to collaborate across the organization while independently planning and executing a business plan.
• Fluent in German and English.
