The TeamThe Channel Sales Team is the scale engine of Celonis, responsible for generating exponential growth through a dedicated partner ecosystem. Celonis is making a strategic investment to add an additional sales channel. The team is responsible for ensuring partner success in running and managing their Celonis channel business.
The RoleAs a Channel Sales Representative, your primary objective is to drive territory revenue through partners by acting as a strategic advisor for our channel partners, guiding them to successfully manage and grow their Celonis business. You will drive partner sales deals leveraging your Sales and Account Management expertise together with your deep understanding of the Celonis platform, to provide comprehensive support across the customer lifecycle, including pre‑sales strategy, contractual guidance, renewal management, and account expansion.
You will operate as the CEO of your partner territory, with accountability to develop and implement business strategies that leverage the strengths of our partners. Although this is a partner‑facing role focused on coaching and empowering our partners, stepping into customer interactions will be also required as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to support the sales of partners in your region.
- Drive territory plans and reviews with partners, to define objectives, execute strategies, and ensure partners are on track to achieve their retention rate, NNARR and customer health goals.
- Guide partners through sales and renewal cycles, providing best practices on demand generation, prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, demos, business case creation, deal negotiation, and successful renewal strategies.
- Transactional support for partners on lead qualification, opportunity management and forecasting, quoting and contracting.
- Proactive oversight of success of partners' customer accounts, offering strategic guidance on best practices for account management, customer health, value realization and adoption.
- Orchestrate cross‑functional resources (e.g., Value Engineering, Partner Management) to ensure customer and partner success, with timely resolution of issues and escalations.
