Ihre Aufgaben
As our Sales / Business Development Manager
, you’ll be at the commercial heart of Feldwerke—transforming how landowners think about agriculture, energy, and financial security. You'll join forces with the founders to build a scalable, high-performance GTM engine from scratch and lead the charge in making Agri-PV the new gold standard for sustainable land use in Germany. This is a high-impact role with massive growth upside: you’ll not only be shaping Feldwerke’s commercial playbook but also owning the sales funnel end-to-end—from strategy to signed contracts.
Your success will directly accelerate the rollout of Agri-PV across the country.
What You’ll Own:
- Go-to-Market Leadership
:
Design and execute data-driven GTM strategies to source premium farmlands, build strategic local partnerships, and convert interest into long-term leases. - Sales Excellence End-to-End
:
From cold call to contract, you’ll lead landowner conversations with empathy and drive—navigating objections, highlighting benefits, and closing high‑value deals. - Project Development
:
Represent Feldwerke and your respective Agri‑PV projects at municipalities and secure grid connections at grid operators as well as talk to other stakeholders (e.g. nature association, etc.) - Commercial Growth Engine
:
Build a predictable and repeatable sales machine—campaigns, CRM processes, pipeline reporting, outbound cadences—and refine it with learnings from the field. - Customer Success for Landowners
:
Help landowners understand the economic, legal, and ecological value of Agri‑PV. Use tools, brochures, and FAQs to ensure confidence and clarity at every touchpoint. - New Channels & Experiments
:
Pilot new approaches to land acquisition—think Maschinenringe, farmer associations, agrar‑influencer collabs, or regional referral networks. - Market Positioning
:
Be the face of Feldwerke in webinars, events, and with partners. You’ll help turn our value prop into a movement—trusted, credible, and farmer‑first.
- You have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field – or you bring comparable experience (e.g. through your own venture).
- You have already gained experience in a fast-paced environment – for example at another startup or in consulting.
- You want to take real ownership and help build new business areas from the ground up.
- You are highly motivated by renewable energy and eager to deepen your expertise.
- You have excellent communication skills and know how to engage people in an outgoing and authentic way.
- You are fluent in German.
