Scale outreach and own customer relationships—from initial contact to successful implementation of our voice AI solutions.

Work side by side with the founders on everything from product insights to hands‑on execution.

Support operations as we build systems to handle millions of phone calls per day.

Translate customer feedback into product insights that shape our voice agents' reliability, accuracy, and human‑like quality.

Handle both mundane tasks and big, high‑leverage bets—that's the reality of an early‑stage startup.

Bring energy and momentum to everything from operational processes to sales conversations.

• Are fluent in German and thrive in talking to customers, visiting them, and putting their needs first.
• Have experience in fast‑moving environments (early‑stage startup, consulting, etc.).
• Can switch between strategy and execution: scaling outreach one day, refining product feedback loops the next.
• Think big, but sweat the details.
• Have basic technical understanding: capable of prompt engineering, leveraging AI in your daily workflow.
• Don’t wait for processes—you set them up.
• Want full ownership from day one and aren’t afraid to push hard.

• Need clear structures and processes handed to you (you’ll be the one building them).
• Are looking for a cushy, slow‑moving role.
• You want to work 9‑5 and prefer a remote environment.
