Entrepreneurial Country Lead – Germany (Sales & Growth)
About the Role
- We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to take ownership of PIT Solutions’ German operations and unlock the market’s full potential.
- This role goes far beyond classic sales. It is about building, leading, and scaling the German business, with sales as a core responsibility and entrepreneurship as a mindset.
- You will act as the face of PIT Solutions in Germany, driving sales, business growth, partnerships, and long‑term market presence for an AI‑driven, cloud‑first software services company operating in the digital space.
- Munich is our preferred strategic base, but we are open to strong candidates across Germany.
- Lead and grow PIT Solutions’ business in Germany.
- Own sales and revenue growth end‑to‑end (from lead generation to deal closure).
- Leverage your personal and professional network to open doors and build trust.
- Position PIT Solutions as a long‑term digital and AI partner for German clients.
- Shape solutions together with technical and delivery teams.
- Build and manage key client and technology partner relationships.
- Act with a founder’s mindset: proactive, accountable, and opportunity‑driven.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Is entrepreneurship‑oriented and motivated to build something scalable.
- Has strong sales instincts and enjoys winning business.
- Is comfortable operating independently and taking ownership.
- Has a solid network in the German digital, technology, or SME ecosystem.
- Wants to be part of a growing, AI‑driven global company rather than a rigid corporate structure.
- Interested in long‑term value creation, not just a salary.

Experience & Background- Experience in selling or consulting around software, cloud, digital platforms, or IT services.
- Understanding of modern digital solutions (custom software, cloud, eCommerce, mobile, AI‑enabled systems).
- Experience working with German clients.
- Exposure to offshoring or nearshoring delivery models is a strong plus.
- Fluent German and English required.
- Years of experience are less important than mindset, drive, and credibility.
- A leadership role with real responsibility and autonomy
