Your Mission at Dlubal Software

As a sales engineer, you will be responsible for direct customer contact and will play a key role in expanding our customer base. As the first point of contact for interested parties, you will provide support from the initial consultation to the creation of suitable offers and the successful implementation of our solutions. Concurrently, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships.

You inform our customers about new products, events, and promotions via phone, email, and online meetings, and with your sales, you help the sustainable growth of our company.

That applies to you
  • You have a degree in civil engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering.
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in technical sales and love to communicate with other people.
  • You have communication skills, have a convincing appearance, and can express yourself clearly in conversations.
  • You are success‑orientated, committed and eager to learn.
  • You have very good command of spoken and written German (at least C1) and good English (at least B2).
Your Contribution to Success
  • Become a partner for our customers: You will advise potential new customers on our structural analysis software solutions, convince them of their benefits and win them over. You will analyse customers' specific requirements and work with them to develop individual solutions via various channels such as telephone, email or online meetings (no field sales).
  • Successful proposal management: To meet and exceed our customers' expectations, you will be responsible for creating and following up on customised proposals. Conduct crucial negotiations to identify optimal solutions that benefit both parties.
  • Building and maintaining your customer base: Over time, you build up your own customer base and bond them to our company in the long term. Become a key point of contact for your customers and keep them informed of new products, events and promotions.
  • Your way to becoming a sales professional: Benefit from numerous lead sources and work exclusively with warm leads (no cold calling). As a member of the sales team, you have access to professional telephone guides and weekly best practice sessions with the entire sales team, which provide an opportunity for mutual coaching.
