As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), for a logistic company like World Courier (group Cencora), you will be responsible in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by sourcing new sales opportunities, qualifying prospects, and setting the stage for successful sales closures. • Lead Generation:
  Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Prospect Management:
  Manage and develop an existing portfolio of leads to ensure engagement and progression through the sales funnel.
• Marketing Agility:
  Strong collaboration with Marketing team to improve quality and nurture Inbound and Outbound Leads.
• Sales Environment:
  Operate effectively in a fast-paced sales environment, utilizing phone calls and emails to connect with potential customers.
• Research and Identification:
  Conduct thorough research on accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in our products and services.
• Database Maintenance:
  Maintain and expand our database of prospects within the assigned territory, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• CRM Management:
  Manage accounts, prospects, calls, and activities in  to track progress and performance.
• Lead Routing:
  Route qualified opportunities to sales executives for further development and closure when appropriate.
• Competitive Awareness:
  Stay informed about competing products and services to effectively position our offerings.
• Sales Mentality:
  Focus on qualifying high-quality leads and ensuring proper follow-up to set the stage for successful sales closures by the sales team.
• Process Improvement:
  Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
