Fitness and Wellness Sales Manager in Munich

€75, (experience dependent) + commission on personal sales and a percentage of team sales

Location: Munich, Germany, with regional responsibility for Bavaria.

Our client is a global leader in body composition analysis technology, working with fitness and wellness operators across Europe. Bavaria is now a strategic priority for their German business with a clear ambition to grow that. They’re looking for a Fitness and Wellness Sales Manager to lead that growth, building and managing a new team on the ground in Munich.

This is a genuine build role for someone who wants to shape a region rather than simply inherit one. You’ll start by growing your own fitness and wellness sales pipeline across Bavaria, then build a team around you, with two further Munich-based hires planned, while staying hands‑on with your own sales and accountable for the number the team delivers together.

On offer is a leadership role at the heart of a strategic growth market, genuine autonomy to shape the team and territory from an early stage, and a commission structure that rewards both personal sales and the performance of the people you bring in.

Working pattern: Full‑time, field‑based across Bavaria. There’s no fixed Munich office at present, with the team expected in Frankfurt head office around once a month.

Key responsibilities:

• Territory leadership: Develop new fitness and wellness business across Bavaria while building and leading a growing local sales team.

• Team build‑out: Recruit, onboard and develop further Munich‑based sales hires, with the team expected to keep growing over time.

• Personal and team sales: Manage your own sales pipeline alongside overall accountability for the team’s combined sales performance.

• Market focus: Prioritise the fitness, wellness and corporate‑wellness markets, with medical and healthcare opportunities as a secondary focus.

• Reporting and collaboration: Report into the Germany Country Manager, and work closely with European Sales, Marketing and Technical Support teams.

About you:

• Experienced: A background in fitness or wellness equipment sales, with genuine team management experience.

• A builder: Comfortable building a territory and a team from an early stage, rather than simply managing an existing one.

• Commercial: Confident carrying a personal sales number while also being accountable for a team’s.

• Fluent: Native‑level German and professional working proficiency in English.

• Mobile: A valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout Bavaria, with occasional travel to Frankfurt.
