Our Munich office consolidates all design, administrative, and marketing functions, along with front-office tasks.
Role Responsibilities- Handle administrative tasks independently and ensure compliance with accounting processes
- Manage digital invoice receipt and dispatch
- Process payments and transactions in cloud systems
- Support internal and external communications and assist in preparing reports for monthly and yearly financial statements
- Verify invoice accuracy and proper documentation
- Review and process digital travel expense reports
- Completed vocational training in hospitality or business administration
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Structured, reliable, and able to work independently
- Organizational talent with a team-oriented mindset
- Proactive communicator with helpful attitude
- Proficient in MS Office and digital workflows
- Knowledge of standards like USALI, HGB, VAT is a plus
- Fluent in German and English
