* The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria.

Main Requirements:

* European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and

* including 28 years old (a V.I.E mission can begin no later than the day of the twenty-ninth birthday)

* Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any

* Must be registered on the Mon Volontariat International website before the age of 28

* A VIE position for a Project Supply Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Munich (Germany) .
* You will join the Connected Intelligence Procurement Organization of Airbus Defence and Space. Within this role you will support the management of the whole Procurement organisation in front of programmes/projects, ensuring coherence between programmes & procurement topics. As such you will define and agree the appropriate procurement approach.

* Tasks & Responsibilities
* Your Tasks and Responsibilities in this role will include:

* Acting as the focal point towards the Product Line / Project for procurement / purchasing matters

* Coordinating the Supply Management functions on bids and projects including:
Procurement Contract Management, Commodity Management, Supply Chain Quality, Supplier Operations

* Supporting the sourcing strategies and liaising with Commodity Management for the sourcing of all project items

* Handling contracts and negotiations if required

* Ensure that purchasing processes are correctly and consistently applied

* Facilitate the exchange of information between all different stakeholders in line with Project needs and in alignment with the main Project Manager of the projects

* Required Skills
* We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

* Qualification or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent experience

* Good Communication Skills, being able to influence and willing to negotiate with both internal and external interfaces

* Negotiation level in German and English language

* International experience would be desired
