Business Manager

Overview

Act Digital is a fast-growing international consulting group specialized in cybersecurity, digital transformation, and software development
. Present in more than 11 countries, we are expanding our presence in Germany and looking for a motivated Business Manager to join our Munich office.

In this role, you will be at the heart of our growth strategy, developing strong client relationships, managing consultants, and driving business development in the German market.

• Develop and manage a client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to Act Digital’s growth in Germany.
• Recruit, coach, and support consultants in their career development and project missions.
• Ensure financial performance of your business unit (budget, KPIs, profitability).
• Collaborate with our international teams to align with the group’s strategy and share best practices.

• Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in business development, consulting, or account management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Fluent in German and English (both required).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven and proactive approach.
