Our client is a leading supplier of lithium-thionyl chloride (LTC) batteries. It boasts independent intellectual property rights and internationally advanced technological capabilities, and is committed to developing into an internationally leading enterprise in the field of new lithium energy.

Its business mainly serves key sectors such as smart grids, radio frequency identification (RFID), automotive electronics, and the security industry. To meet the needs of these sectors, it specifically provides new‑type environmentally friendly lithium battery solutions and related products, which feature high energy density, long service life, and a wide operating temperature range.

• Report directly to the EU Legal Manager and actively participate in decarbonization initiatives within the electric vehicle industry;
• Protect the employer’s commercial interests by providing professional legal support and representing the company in various legal matters;
• Collaborate with external lawyers to systematically identify regulatory and compliance risks affecting business operations and respond promptly, ensuring the organization complies with EU and German laws and regulations;
• Draft and review legal documents, assist in preparing contract templates and updating them regularly, and develop internal compliance policies;
• Provide internal legal advisory services and professional support for various legal issues arising during business operations;
• Continuously monitor updates in EU and German laws and regulations and report relevant information to departments promptly;
• Maintain good relationships with clients, subsidiaries, suppliers, regulatory authorities, and other external stakeholders;
• Ensure the company strictly complies with GDPR, the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, and all other applicable compliance requirements.

• Degree in Law from a German‑accredited university (Bachelor’s or higher); candidates who have passed the German state bar examination are preferred;
• Native‑level German and fluent English (written and spoken); knowledge of Chinese is a plus;
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT tools; holding a valid driver’s license is a plus;
• 1–2 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department;
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines;
• Strong team spirit and clear, concise communication skills;
• Outstanding listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a talent for building and maintaining cross‑level interpersonal relationships.
