  You feel comfortable communicating with different internal and external stakeholders, especially gym operators and gym‑members
• Strategy

  You coordinate strategic approaches within the organization, find solutions for service cases and derive optimisation opportunities

• Experience
  :
  You have 3 years of experience in a Product Manager (m/f/d) role and the lateral leadership of agile teams
• Expertise
  :
  You have experience in software product management, with hands‑on experience involving physical products being a plus
• Methodology
  :
  You have a well‑founded knowledge and understanding of modern product discovery and delivery methods and techniques
• Communication
  :
  You are a talented and passionate communicator and you can explain complex issues in a simple and understandable way
• Language
  :
  You have professional‑level language skills in both German and English

• Knowledge
  :
  You developed an outstanding understanding of our gym members' needs, desires, and problems to improve the product software experience
• Roadmap
  :
  You created and aligned a clear product roadmap and goals for your team based on the product vision, opportunities and business needs
• Understanding
  :
  You have a good grasp of the software components and their interactions within our connected ecosystem
• Relationships
  :
  You are appreciated by and have built strong relationships with the development, product teams, and key stakeholders
