Your mission
- Decision Support and Story lining:
You design and create presentations for internal and external stakeholders, as well as decision memos and business cases. You distill complex topics so they can serve as immediate decision bases at Director and C-level. - Strategic Research and Market Intelligence:
You conduct in-depth analyses in commercial real estate financing and Prop Tech. You monitor the competitive landscape and proactively identify tech and solution partners to expand our ecosystem. - Operational Product Sparring:
You support the Co-Director Product in day-to-day operations, including preparing roadmap decisions and analyzing functional platform requirements from a business perspective. - Stakeholder Management:
Within product management, you act as a professional interface to internal teams and external clients, especially banks. You facilitate (mostly remote) alignment and client meetings and ensure efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Academic Background:
You hold a degree in business/economics, (business) informatics, real estate management, or a comparable field. - Professional
Experience:
You bring 2–3 years of relevant experience from a management consulting environment with a focus on financial services. - Domain Knowledge:
You have solid expertise in commercial (real estate) financing—ideally credit processes/financing—and/or commercial real estate (CRE). - Consulting Toolbox:
You are highly proficient in creating management presentations (storylining) and in quantitative analysis (Excel). - Technology Affinity:
You are not a developer, but you understand the mechanics of digital platforms, data structures, and modern collaboration software. - Language
Skills:
You communicate confidently in German and English (C1 level).
