As a Founders Associate, you will work closely with the founding team, supporting key projects, operations, and strategic initiatives to drive company growth.

• Assist in business operations, strategy, and process optimization
• Conduct market research and support decision‑making
• Manage special projects and cross‑functional initiatives
• Support seed rounds, investor relations, and financial planning

• 2+ years experience in startups, or business development.
• Analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Onsite position
