This position sits at the forefront of industrial transformation, helping some of Europe's leading industrial firms and manufacturers improve operational performance, optimise costs and build more resilient, future-ready organisations.

You will advise clients across the full performance improvement agenda, including:

• Operational Excellence & Lean
• Manufacturing & Production Optimisation
• Value Creation
• Procurement & Supply Chain Excellence

• Director or Senior Manager-level background from a top-tier consulting environment
• Strong sales and independent delivery ownership
• Proven C-level communication and advisory credibility
• Industry experience within one or more of the following:
  Production, Manufacturing, Consumer, Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, Pharma & Life Sciences
• German speaker
