This is a 12 month fixed-term contract. This role is positioned at mid to senior level (individual contributor) and is not a people leadership role. Typically suited for profiles with 5-8 years experience in product / portfolio / strategy roles.

• Contributing to the direction of the portfolio by translating market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into a clear strategic roadmap.
• Contributing to product strategies end-to-end, ensuring relevance and performance across the full lifecycle.
• Building strong, data-driven business cases that influence investment and innovation decisions.
• Partnering closely with Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to turn strategy into execution.
• Driving commercial performance through thoughtful pricing, positioning, and portfolio optimization.
• Acting as a trusted product expert, supporting critical opportunities and enabling sales success.
• Contributing to impactful product launches, campaigns, and training that bring solutions to life.

• Proven experience contributing to product or portfolio strategy, including roadmap definition and lifecycle decisions.
• Hands‑on experience working with physical products (manufacturing environment) across the product lifecycle is required.
• Demonstrated ability to use financial and performance data to guide decisions (e.g., pricing, profitability, trade‑offs).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market and business data into actionable insights.
• Experience influencing and aligning cross‑functional stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
• Solid understanding of market dynamics and customer needs to inform strategic direction.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Additional proficiency in German OR French is a requirement.

• Experience managing product lifecycle decisions from launch to end‑of‑life.
• Confidence influencing cross‑functional and senior stakeholders.
