Objective: Graduate Programme with Alpha Financial Markets Consulting (Alpha) in Luxembourg and Germany. Role focus on consulting services within the Asset & Wealth Management sector.

• Training
  :
  Comprehensive technical, soft‑skills, and consulting training covering Excel modelling, PowerPoint design, time‑management, communication, project management, deliverables and stakeholder management.
• Client Projects
  :
  Immediately support clients across investments, client‑digital and operations in small‑to‑medium sized teams, with significant responsibilities from day one.
• Senior Exposure
  :
  Work closely with senior executives of leading asset and wealth managers on strategic objectives.

We are looking for high‑performing candidates who are eager to make a difference from day one and fulfil the following requirements:

• On track to achieve or have recently obtained a Master’s degree (or equivalent);
  Bachelor’s degree candidates are eligible for German slots.
• Internship experience in a relevant sector (consulting, financial services, technology or professional services).
• Fluency in English (spoken and written). Additional language proficiency based on location:
  French for France;
  English plus French or German for Luxembourg;
  English plus German for Germany.
• Availability to start in September 2026 (or earlier on a case‑by‑case basis).
• Strong interest in consulting and the asset & wealth management industry.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and analytical mindset.
• Aspiring, proactive, and entrepreneurial with a can‑do attitude.
• Team player with a strong sense of teamwork.
• Interested in participating in business management aspects such as recruitment, diversity & inclusion and social initiatives.
