Tik Tok Shop Germany Operations Strategy PMO is responsible for driving strategic initiatives that support sustainable business growth, improve seller experience, and strengthen Tik Tok Shop's position as a preferred shopping destination in Germany.
The team works with category, seller management, product, operations, and central strategy teams to identify growth opportunities, launch key initiatives, and ensure strong execution in the German market. We are looking for a highly analytical, structured, and execution-driven Strategy & Operations Project Manager to support growth initiatives, lead cross-functional projects, and help implement central programs locally in Germany.
This role is based in our Münich office.
- Develop and manage strategic projects that support category growth and business expansion in the German market.
- Drive initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve seller experience and fuel sustainable growth.
- Identify key business opportunities and operational pain points through data analysis, market insights, and stakeholder feedback.
- Support initiatives to improve Germany's experience and enhance Tik Tok Shop's attractiveness as a trusted and desirable shopping destination.
- Support the local implementation of central initiatives in Germany, adapting global or regional programs to local market needs.
- Define project goals, milestones, success metrics, and execution plans; track progress and proactively manage risks or dependencies.
- Prepare clear business updates, analysis, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, consulting or a similar field.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills; ability to break down complex business challenges into clear action plans.
- Solid analytical and data analysis skills; comfortable working with data to identify trends and support business decisions.
- Strong execution capability; able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and seniority levels.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to drive projects independently from planning to delivery.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Fast learner with strong adaptability and a proactive, hands‑on working style.
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, social commerce, social media, or digital advertising.
- Prior experience in a high‑growth tech company or international business environment.
- Familiarity with seller operations, category management, customer experience, or NPS improvement.
- Experience supporting local implementation of global/regional strategic initiatives.
- Advanced BI/data analysis tooling experience.
